Capital Improvement for Lodge Room

Capital Improvement to Lodge Room:  Replace all floor covering with carpet on same level floor, hardwood looking vinyl to elevated place, such as second row seating, Senior Warden station and Worshipful Master station, new black and white tile where now vinyl with noticable tesselated boarder.
